Collection and Usage of Customer Information

We collect only customer information through:

• Customer purchase/checkout process

This includes the minimum required information to complete the purchase, such as Name, contact number, email, and delivery location.

We use this information during the purchase, delivery process, after-sale service, and to send product-related information and offers. The customer can request to stop further contacts or remove personal data from our database by contacting us through our contact page.

Refund Policy

The customer can return goods for a refund (or for a repair, replacement, or a credit note) within 7 days from the delivery date, if the item:

• Has a manufacturing fault that wouldn’t normally have been detected at the time they bought it before the first use (hidden fault).
• Is not the same as described by the salesperson, website, or on a label or sign, or in an advertisement, or does not match the sample they were shown.

The unit might be fixed by sending additional parts, replaced with other unit, or returned to our address by the client for refund or credit note as agreed with client ahead.

The returned unit must be in it original state, with its original box packing.

After 14 days, this refund policy doesn’t apply. However, under-warranty items are still eligible for free repair/replacement as per the “Warranty & Repair Policy” below.

Warranty & Repair Policy

All items that show any manufacturing defects during the warranty period are eligible for free repair or replacement with the same or equivalent items. However, the following must be noted:

• 1 Year is the Warranty period, from date of purchase, unless clearly mentioned in invoice or listing information.
• Our company is not obliged to send technicians, pickup, or ship the items to our warehouse for service. The client should drop the items at our location.
• Exceptions are fixed systems like fogging systems and bulky items with any dimension more than 80inches. Those, if in the United Kingdom, are eligible for free technician visits for service where applicable.
• Our company may send technicians for smaller items, without obligation, with the next nearest delivery schedule. These may take a longer period to attend.
• Clients outside the United Kingdom bear shipping costs.
